Impactic Volunteers - Overview
Impactic Volunteers is a non-profit social enterprise dedicated to organising bespoke skilled volunteering events for corporate companies. Through our ‘Impactathons’, volunteers leverage their unique skillsets to tackle a real charity challenge.
Impactic Volunteers is at the forefront of revolutionising corporate volunteering, joining forces with renowned charity partners (e.g. British Red Cross, British Heart Foundation, and YoungMinds), as well as strategic partners (e.g. Microsoft Tech for Social Impact and Women in Data).
Founded by Molly Bevan, a trailblazer in the social impact space, Impactic Volunteers is poised for growth. Molly is excited to grow the Impactic team with passionate and skilled volunteers, to create even more impact in society together!
Role Overview
Our Impacathons are at the very heart of what Impactic does! However, without onboarding more skilled facilitators, we are constrained in the number of events we can run and the impact we can make.
So, if you're passionate about bringing together charities, volunteers and companies for maximum impact, this role could be for you! As a Volunteer Facilitator at Impactic Volunteers, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our Impactathons.
We are looking for Volunteer Events Facilitators across the UK.
Role Responsibilities
Impactic Ambassador: Be the face of Impactic Volunteers at our Impactathons. Share our mission and nurture key relationships on event days (with participating companies, volunteers and charities) to amplify our impact and foster opportunities for collaboration
Workshop Leadership: Lead workshops and activities throughout an event in an energetic and engaging manner, ensuring participants are inspired and motivated
Empowerment & Guidance: Guide and empower volunteers to leverage their skillset to create a lasting impact in a collaborative and dynamic environment
